A Romantic Sunset Engagement in Ocean City, NJ

Amanda and Cory’s romantic sunset engagement in Ocean City, NJ, was nothing short of magical. The beach and the ocean provided a stunning backdrop, but it was Amanda and Cory’s undeniable chemistry that truly stole the show. From the moment we started, it was clear that these two share something incredibly special. Their connection, their laughter, and the way they looked at each other—everything came together to create a session filled with love, joy, and romance.

As locals to Ocean City, Amanda and Cory knew exactly what they wanted for their engagement session—a playful yet romantic vibe that captured their love for each other and their love for the place they call home. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. The sky was clear, the air was warm with a gentle breeze, and as the day went on, the sunset began to paint the sky with the most breathtaking colors. It was one of those perfect summer evenings where everything just felt right.

We started the session on the beach with their adorable pup, who, of course, stole a few hearts (and a few photos) along the way. Watching Amanda and Cory interact with their dog was such a sweet and candid moment—there’s something so heartwarming about seeing a couple include their furry family member in such an important milestone.

Next, we moved onto the streets near the beach, where Amanda and Cory let loose and popped a bottle of champagne. Amanda and Cory’s playful energy was so contagious, and it made for some truly memorable moments. Running around, laughing together, and just being in the moment—it was the kind of carefree happiness that makes engagement sessions so special.

As the sun began to dip lower in the sky, we headed back to the ocean for some beachside photos. Amanda and Cory kicked off their shoes and let the waves lap at their feet, embracing the cool water and the golden light of the setting sun. The ocean, with its endless horizon and soothing sounds, added a sense of timelessness to the photos—capturing a love that feels like it could last forever.

But the session wasn’t over yet. For the grand finale, we boarded their friend’s boat to watch the sunset. The colors of the sky reflected off the waves, creating a dreamlike atmosphere that felt almost surreal. Amanda and Cory snuggled up together, soaking in the last rays of sunlight as the sky turned a deep shade of pink and orange. It was the perfect way to end the evening.

The chemistry between Amanda and Cory was palpable throughout the entire session, making my job as a photographer an absolute joy. Every laugh, every touch, every glance—they all came together to create a collection of photos that I’m completely obsessed with. These images capture not just their love, but the essence of who they are as a couple—fun-loving, romantic, and deeply connected.
