If you don't love being in front of a camera
Most people tell me they're not "picture people", and those are some of my favorite couples to photograph. You don't need to know what to do with your hands, or how to pose, or how to make the non-awkward face. That part's mine. I'll give you small, easy things to do, and mostly I'll just let the two of you be together while I catch it.
It's also why an engagement session is built into every wedding. It's a low-key way to get comfortable with me and the camera before the day itself, and most couples are surprised how natural it starts to feel. By the time your wedding comes, I'm not a stranger with a lens, I'm just Jordan.
Being truly seen and understood is what most of us are hoping for, and on a wedding day it's everything.
