AH! Where do I begin? Kara & Danny’s sunrise Cape May beach engagement session was magical.
It was a hot and humid morning in late May when Danny & Kara met me at 5:00 am in Cape May Point for their engagement session. There’s something so beautiful and serene about doing a session before the world wakes up. We headed down to the beach and took our time walking along the water and chatting together. At this point, the sun was still very low and the sky was a beautiful ombré shade of blue-ish purple. As the sun came up a little more, we set-up a little blanket in the sand next to the dunes and popped some champagne. The sun eventually started to rise and Danny’s parents brought their bernedoodle, Gracie down to the beach for some photos. She was super energetic and loved life running into the ocean and around the sand.
It was a perfect way to start the day! I cannot wait to capture their beautiful wedding in Jamaica this August.
